Your body needs proper time to repair muscles, restore energy, and adapt to the work you're putting in. Here are some signs that you may need a rest day...

Pilates push-ups are an amazing exercise for building strength in the arms, chest, shoulders and abdominals. They can be challenging and as with a lot of Pilates exercises, they will become better with practice.

Here are some helpful tips:

• Keep your body in one straight line
• Bend your elbows close to your sides
• Keep your wrists directly under your shoulders
• Keep your shoulders away from your ears
