CML Fitness Live on-line full body workouts, Kettlebells and HIIT with Christine.

Suitable for all, each exercise can be adapted for every ability and level of fitness. 7am on Tuesdays, 8pm on Wednesdays and 7am on Fridays. At CML Fitness, my number one focus is on enjoyment of physical activity whether it’s via Zoom, in a face to face group or in a 1:1 session. istic approach to fitness and well-being and will help and support you achieve your goals in a way that works for you and your life. Having had spinal surgery in my 30's and being recently diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, I am fully aware that even thinking about fitness can be daunting. But I also understand the importance of learning what you are able to do rather than focusing on what you are unable to do and the link between physical and mental health, when living with such conditions. I am qualified to YMCA Level 4 in Programming Physical Activity for Individuals with Low Back Pain and YMCA Diploma in Exercise Referral, which means I am able to support you in building your strength and functional fitness so that you can manage your condition rather than your condition managing your life. My classes are all held via Zoom so that I can ensure you are always safe and can give individual modifications to all moves if needed. To get as close to the feel of a face to face class as possible, during the cool down, you will have the opportunity to chat with others in the class as you would at the end of a ‘normal’ class.
