On Sunday, March 8, our club took part in the 16th edition LONDON FSK CUP.

Huge congratulations to all competitors. We won 22 medals today. Thank you Kyoshi Debi and Sensei Simona for amazing atmosphere and well organised competition.

I would like to congratulate and thank the youngest members of our club who performed at such an event for the first or second time Simon, Max, Jamie, Franio, Freddie and Louis you did great job. Every champion once started just like you do today.

Maya 4 medals and great experience gained. Today for the very first time in your career you tried one of the most difficult Skotokan Karate kata’s and it gave you 1st place and a gold medal.

Inga - champion of the day in her age category (9-10yo) and three medals in 11-12yo category. Great score and a trophy 🏆

Filip, 🥇winning kata today in category 15-17 years old was amazing thing to watch. Another successful start for you.

Antonina (16yo) won 18+ category 💪🥇 (one catgory up). Antonina won the fight against a sensei/coach (25yo) from another karate club.

Unfortunately, she was disqualified in her category (15-17) In the heat of the moment, she knocked out her opponent. Sport karate is a full-contact sport with controlled punches and kicks. During a fight, two forces sometimes overlap, causing minor injuries (in this case, Antonina's opponent suffered a nosebleed).

1st edition of PKL Premier Karate League in Wales.

Well done to all competitors. This time we brought home 11 medals. Once again we experienced great and friendly atmosphere.

This week, we organized a competition at our club. It was a great opportunity for everyone to participate.

For new and young club members, it was a great way to learn something new. For experienced competitors, it was a great warm-up before the competition in Wales and Richmond.

Congratulations to all participants and thanks to the parents for their help. Together, we can do anything.

The past year wasn't just 365 days; it was a period of hard work, sacrifice, and success. Thank you all for believing in what we do at our club. The wonderful atmosphere and success during the competitions are a credit to the entire club: children and parents.

This hard work resulted in international success and medals at world and European championships.

the greatest reward is the smile and happiness written on the faces of our students.

We wish everyone peaceful Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Last week, our club held kyu exams. This is always a great opportunity to improve your skills and refine your karate. For many of the youngest students, the yellow belt grading was their first exam ever. For older students, it was one of the last kyu exams on the way to a black belt. Congratulations all 💪🥋
