At The Fitness Studio we don’t expect everyone to arrive able to do the “finished product”.
We coach the steps towards it.

There is always a version of an exercise that you can do.
Progress is progress — even when it feels small. Add those small steps together over weeks and months and suddenly the things that once felt impossible… aren’t impossible anymore.

Whether you want to climb the rope one day or simply become stronger, fitter and more confident in your body, your journey matters to all of us.

A lot of the women who train with us didn’t walk in feeling confident.
They walked in feeling:
• a bit unfit
• a bit unsure
• and wondering if everyone else would be better than them.
Fast forward a few months and they’re lifting weights, feeling stronger, and saying things like…
“I feel better at 50 than I did at 30.”
The next two Tuesday's were running FREE intro sessions for women who are curious but haven’t tried us yet.
No pressure.
No scary workouts.
Just a friendly small group and a coach to guide you.

It's TOTALLY possible to feel better at 50 (or 60, or 70) than you did at 30.. you just need to know how.

As well as teaching you to lift to get you strong, we also teach you how to achieve..

• excellent nutrition
• well balanced hormones
• settled sleep
• how to laugh daily! (We don't take ourselves too seriously) 🤭

The best way is to come and see for yourself! We're running two gentle introductory sessions for those new to our space at 7pm on Tuesday 19th May (next Tuesday) & Tuesday 26th May at 11am.
