SUMMER GRADINGS & BBQ

It’s that time of year again, adults only get 2 gradings a year, one winter and one summer.

The kids get their last grading until December.

We will be hosting the adults kickboxing AND Jiujitsu gradings, with an open mat & BBQ afterwards.

The kids will also have their gradings but this time split into 2 categories, advanced and beginners.

This is for the students who want more out of their classes.

This will not be for beginners, you have to be certain requirements to be eligible for this class.

- have at least 1 years experience in striking OR
- Have completed at least 2 of our kickboxing gradings OR
- have competed in a interclub

A man that needs no introduction to our club. Our very own Hayden will start his coaching journey by starting up our advance / competition kickboxing class.

Hayden is an undefeated amateur MMA competitor who has recently won a title with Lion Fight Championship, he has incredible striking and looks forward to showing you his skills.

Been working on this one for a little while.

Undefeated professional MMA fighter has joined the Trident MMA team!

He will be leading the club on Thursdays teaching 2 classes

Our new Teens MMA class starting at 17:00 - 18:00 then moving onto the adults class at 19:00 - 20:00

Our little club has come very far over the last few years and now we have our first active professional fighter teaching the next generation of students

AND NEW AMATEUR LIGHTWEIGHT MMA CHAMPION !!



This was a special one. Not only for Hayden & the staff, but for the entire team. 4 fights, 4 wins, 3 finishes, 2 in the first round.

We took this fight knowing we was fighting an experienced fighter who had nearly double the amount of fights Hayden had. We analysed, prepared, made plans and everything was executed perfectly.

I had really hoped the fight would last at Least a few rounds so Hayden can demonstrate how much he’s excelled these past few months, but that right hand had different ideas.

Within the first 60 seconds Hayden managed to knock down his opponent twice, and followed the second knockdown with an anaconda to seal the victory in under 90 seconds.

Congratulations Hayden, you earned this one

Tridents very own is stepping into the cage again on Saturday March 7th to bring home Tridents first MMA title.

Not going to say to much as this title fight has had bad luck since the start. This is the 5th time we’ve attempted to find Hayden an opponent for the title.

Trident Timetable

Made a few changes this year with the pro team classes, women classes & the wall work classes.

There is space on the timetable for more classes, possibly a Friday & Sunday class. But we will reevaluate the timetable in a few months to see what the demand is.
