Bootcamp will be starting from the 14th June every Friday at 6pm, this will work on a subscription basis due too people cancelling the day before or even on the day.

June payment will have too be made before the 14th June which is £10.

Future payments must be paid the start of each month too Ajs gym which is £20 a month if you want too do the boot camp classes for the month,

If you want too turn up on the day the price will be £7 a class

Today AJs Gym and CTS Fitness have hit another milestone today, we are going to be in partnership with Bloxwich Academy secondary school. Students will be working at AJs Gym with CTS Fitness weekly. The students selected will be doing all kinds of fitness activities to help them be,

✔️mentally better for class
✔️Physically better each day
✔️Health and wellbeing to improve in the long term

This is a great partnership for the Bloxwich community as it’s good that 2 organisations in the area can come together to help the future adults of tomorrow through fitness and exercise whilst running alongside their education.
