Shazza's Fitness Classes On a Tuesday 7.30pm Zumba Fitness on a Wednesday Body Conditioning 7pm, come and join the Party and get fit at the same time! fee ÂĢ5.50each session. Covid safe!

Wednesday at 7pm is Hatha Yoga, all abilities welcome fee ÂĢ6.50. booking for this so inbox me to attend. Both classes at United Reform Church hall, Walsall, WS1 2PY. Half price for under 16's, level of fitness is very varied so anyone can join in.
