A very physical and, at times, pushy game today. Our first game on Astro and I do think that played a part on the speed of things today
But you held your own, especially in those final 5 minutes. The girls dug deep and saw the game out brilliantly. Well done girls! 👏

Daisy with a quick and intelligent short corner, and Mia took care of business from there! 👏⚽️
Holly winning the penalty after being pushed from the throw-in with two hands in the back. 😳
I really know she didn’t want to take that penalty,
But she stepped up so calmly and slotted it home to put us 2-1 up. 👏 Ice cold! 🥶
Then Laike grabbed her second and our third, calmly slotting it away with her left foot. Made the finish look effortless! 👌

How Laike didn’t get a pen in the second half was madness, we lost two to injuries throughout the game 😢
Hopefully Laike & Darce are both okay 🤞
Really good to get the result today, team. I know there’s another gear in us yet, and I’m excited to see it come out!
