There is still time to book for next Sunday’s event, two hours, we will start on the Reformer to energise, then move into some gentle stretches, before you immerse yourself in a sound bath 💚

Celebrate the longest day of the year with a soul nourishing experience designed to honour both energy and ease.

Join us as we journey from movement into stillness…

Begin with a dynamic 45 minute Yang inspired Reformer session, building heat, strength, vitality, and confidence.

Then slow down with grounding Yin stretches, creating space within the body and inviting deep release.

Finally, surrender into a blissful 45 minute Sound Bath, allowing soothing vibrations to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore inner balance.

This is more than a class it’s a ritual. A chance to pause, reset, and welcome the abundance, light, and energy of summer with intention.

Step into the season feeling strong, centred, and deeply connected.
