Room hire is £120 - and you get bar, staff, access to a fantastic kitchen, use of tressle tables for buffet. Ample parking.

The club is a flagship club in the FA initiative 'THE GREATER GAME'.

In partnership with M&S Food, The Greater Game is a purpose-led programme which uses the power of football to improve the health and wellbeing of young people across the nation.

The Greater Game is made specifically for those aged 12-16 years under four key elements:
MOVE WELL, THINK WELL, EAT WELL AND SLEEP.

We were delighted that our very own Laila Davies of our U16s Panthers was invited to St George's Park to film the clip below - challenging Lioness Fran Kirby on what she eats before games.

Well done to our U13 JPL team - we are really proud of you!

A group of young footballers and their families have raised more than £1,000 for a dedicated relatives’ room for those whose loved ones are receiving end-of-life care after taking on the challenge of climbing Snowdon.

A total of 26 members of the Wyrley Juniors Under-12s JPL Squad, alongside parents and supporters, completed the climb to the summit of Snowdon in June, raising £1,172.

The team chose to support The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust (RWT) Charity’s dedicated palliative care relatives’ room, a cause being championed by parent Andrea Campbell-Jackson, Assistant Directorate Manager for Adult Community Services at RWT.

Through sponsorship and fundraising efforts, the team initially raised £672 for the appeal. This was then boosted by an additional £500 donation after one of the parents successfully secured funding through a fundraising support scheme run by their employer, HM Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS).

We have the opportunity to do some filming with The FA around whether views on why young people play football change as they grow older.

We carried out some of our own research 8 years ago into what motivates children to play - see the video below. We would love the young players, now in their late teens to get involved in a revisit filiming! Can our followers tag in the individuals or parents of the people who took part please.
