Even though I'm on a weekend get away in wales for the weekend I still managed to find a gym and put a few sessions in 💪🏻 huge thank you to caernarfon abc for letting me use the gym

*** class this week cancelled *** unfortunately this weekend I'm in wales and the following weekend is fight day so no class for the next 2 weeks. Class is on tomorrow at 10 as per usual plus if any bodies interested in coming and supporting me in my next professional fight at villa park next Friday let me know so I can bring tickets along prices vary £35 standard £50 balcony VIP with buffet or a table of 10 £60 each with a 2 course meal and table service all night 💪🏻
