โ€˜I managed to lose almost 13kgs over the past 12 weeks! I wasnโ€™t perfect, I followed the plan, but did have a few days where I wasnโ€™t planned so made wrong food choices, but I would just get back on it the next day, or next meal time. Ive still got to get to my goal, hereโ€™s to another 12 weeks! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝโค๏ธโ€™
