This Galentines day we will be doing all of the empowering routines- POWER OF A WOMAN , aswell as bringing you a new valentines inspired number, it’s everywhere I couldn’t not do a routine to it. But we don’t need no husband, we got each other and a dance class that’s all we need! But it is a banger though 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼

I’ll be bringing this one to class Monday 9th - Walsall and to our Galentine’s special in Birmingham on Wednesday 11th (don’t forget to book tickets!)

This song has been living rent free in my head for months and I’m finally getting there with a routine. It’s not pretty, I’ve not got a bra on and I’m still in my pjs. It still needs perfecting but here’s the process and it’s wonderful. PLUS this song is a banger and a BOOST
