August's rotation got underway yesterday and what a month for personal bests!

Congrats to Chris H who secured his second division 1 win of 2026, making it a three way tie at the top between himself, Adam D and James B with two wins each.

Sam R and Tony M both step up to division 2 for the first time, while Chris E reaches division 3, his highest placement after a remarkable four successive promotions. Barry W and Andrew W both also make their division 4 debuts, with Gary P and Adam W also reaching new highs in divisions 5 and 6.

Finally, not forgetting Will H, who joins the club this month.

As the June division rotations starts tonight, firstly a huge congratulations to Adam D who secures his second Division 1 win of 2026!

Michael P makes his Division 1 debut and Andy S continues his remarkable run of promotions, this time stepping up to Division 3. Congrats also to Gary P, making his Division 6 debut!

We also welcome some new faces to the club, Sam R, Jayne B, Teresa B and Lynda W!

The May division rotation starts tonight, with Rob D and James T stepping up to Division 2 for the first time. Along with Andy S, making his Division 4 debut, and Barry W in Division 5 for the first time. We also welcome back Raymond R to the club after some years away, and not forgetting James B, who's secured his third Division 1 win of 2026!

Huge congratulations to two of our juniors who only started playing last summer, but entered and competed in their first competitive games at the Shropshire Junior Open last weekend. Everyone at the club couldn't be prouder of you!

The Staffordshire Squash 25/26 Winter Leagues and Cup Competition came to an end over the last few weeks, with Tamworth Squash & Racketball Club being crowned league champions and Four Oaks Squash Club winning the cup competition.

We ended up finishing 4th in the cup, with both league teams doing the essential work of holding up the rest of the league from the bottom, with team 2 finishing in 7th place and team 1 in 8th. Not forgetting our very own James B, who won our player of the season for his brilliant performances for team 2 during the last few months, increasing his SquashLevel from 1150 to a very impressive 1987.

Huge thank you to everyone at Staffordshire Squash, our two team captains for organising their teams week in, week out and also all the players who took part. Onto Summer league!

Our March rotation began yesterday, which sees Andrew G making his Division 1 debut, Michael P and Craig A stepping up to their highest ever division placing, along with Andy S who joins Division 5 for the first time.
