POV: You’re a fitness coach that has gone through their own transformation ✨
January 2022 - June 2024.
2 and a half years of hard work and consistency.
Looking back at my first photos still blows my mind to this day, the way my body has changed and transformed, it’s almost like it’s a completely different person.
My first photos - under eating massively, binge eating on the weekends, yo-yoing constantly, no consistency, zero exercise, lacking muscle, terrible relationship with food.
Todays photos- found a healthy relationship with food & exercise, stayed consistent, lost fat & built muscle, found a healthier balance to still enjoy social events without having to over restrict, prioritising protein with every meal.
These are some of the changes I’ve made over the past 2 and a half years to get me to where I am today. It hasn’t always been easy, there’s days/weeks where I’ve wanted to give up, eat s**t and go totally off track and don’t get me wrong, some days I have! However I get straight back on track, because quitting won’t get me the results I want.
I’ve gained a hell of a lot of discipline and I’ve proven to myself that I am strong, I am determined and my results show that. It’s not a quick fix, i don’t over restrict or cut out food groups, I stay on track and hit my targets even on days I don’t want too!
Only you can get to where you want to be, nobody else can do it for you. Never rely on motivation, push past the excuses and prove to yourself that you can do this and you can succeed! Be that 1% better everyday, because that’s what I’ve done and I’m a hell of a lot happier in my body than I was back then! 🩷
