It’s always nice when your friends choose you. Reg is a great lad, but has always struggle a little bit with weight. Not anymore. After losing 30lbs we have a completely different Reg. 30lb seriously Ben the difference between feeling at your worst to feeling at your best and we go even further than this. Not only that but the quality muscle Reg has put on shows when the body fat is reduced.

Unbelievably, as I’ve posted on every single post, this wasn’t rocket science this was better quality nutrition formulated through Numbers and training. And as I post each and every time you can do it too!!

Really been looking forward to sharing this one
Take a bow, Dan Holyhead

Don’t came to me 10 weeks ago wanting to lose a bit of excess weight and to start to feel good enclose again. Safe to say we have achieved that and more, when done first sat down during his client interview with me he would’ve been happy with a stone or a stone and a half. Fast forward 10 weeks /32 lbs dropped - 6 1/2% body fat reduced including 7 L of viral fat - 2 1/2 pounds muscle gained and two cloth sizes dropped. Safe to say that we have smashed those targets.

Dan is a really nice lad. It’s lovely to give somebody so nice the fantastic result that they deserve, especially after their hard work Ian following the Nutrition and throwing in the extra exercise. Again this was not rocket science we made quality changes to nutrition and increased water.

5 Stone Lost…… take a bow

Susie has worked with me over the last few years but after a short break she had in her own words let herself down with her food and training reaching 15.3st (the original before photo she didn’t want to share!) here we are today 10.3st / 4 dress sizes down but far more importantly Susie has her confidence back

She is also a busy Mom which isn’t always easy to manage food and training habits. But, getting it right most of the time makes all the difference and she has got it right. So what now? Toning! Toning, toning and more toning! And we will get there

is ready for

10 weeks ago - James came to me to get himself into condition ready for his second tour of Lord of the dance. We had trained previously to get him into a condition to be able to be considered for his first tour. Having successfully got that under his belt. It was time to gain some size and look bigger on stage.

Our first consideration - we needed to maintain James’s leanness, we couldn’t gain too much out and out muscle bulk as his mobility would have taken a hindrance. Therefore, we crafted his workouts and nutrition to ensure that he didn’t lose any of his ability to stay nimble whilst filling out his physique and giving him a more manly shape.

We have achieved that massively in fact James had T-shirts that he could wear after getting back from the last tour that are now too small. The progress doesn’t stop here. We have a plan for whilst he’s on tour and ready when he gets back to make the same sort of changes again

It’s very important when working with athletes and stage professionals that the focus always comes back to the original goal of an aesthetic with power. James is most certainly achieve that and a massive well done to him.

I’d also like to say a massive good luck to the rest of the crew on what will be a successful tour

Just like that another year goes by what’s next for MA Performance? The truth is I don’t know 🤷 would I ever dreamed off helping clients lose over 500 stone in a year? No. Would I ever dreamed of helping change their lives 🤷 no. Would I ever of dreamed of providing for my family and in an industry most think is a Gimmick 🤷 certainly
Not. Not to mention the studio reaching its final phase of change. So what’s left to do

Everything. Everything is left to do. Continue to be a beacon of hope for those without any. A pillar of strength for those struggling to find it. The face that says hello in the face of adversity. That’s the motivation it will always be for them. All the awards all the accolades are nothing without them.

So here’s to another year it’s going to be a big

Ahhh heeemmm - everyone 🤛🤛

Ryan came to me in late November sporting his 13.3st body frame - he was very displeased and hated the way he looked. Therefore we had to get going and get going we did! What a truly amazing transformation for such a lovely lad

And the magic formula - Nutriton, exercise, water and a drop in alcohol it’s not rocket science.
Seriously though this one is up there!

Sometimes progress is hard to see until you take a step back.

Meet Beckie. 19 weeks ago was struggling immensely. The pressures of being a Mom, a daughter and colleague meant she had neglected herself to the point she didn’t enjoy what she saw in the mirror. Fast forward 19 weeks we find a Strong woman who knows the answer. She gets at the food, she trains like hell and she makes the right choices

It’s not rocket science. As you can see Beckie has lost weight, a grand total of 18lbs over a tenth of her body weight but more importantly she has shed the inches to feel fit again. Over 60 cm worth of loss across the entire of her body a 18% drop in inches. This creates a physique we are proud of!

Ready for your wedding 🤵‍♂️ 🤷

firstly, are more importantly than anything Dan is one of the nicest people I think I’ve ever met. He’s an absolute gentleman. But January he was not feeling so confident about his wedding attire! Having bandage together dan numerous times. We finally said about getting him into the suit that we know he would look good in! Boy, have we done that?

Now obviously we decided to do something completely radical something that I’ve never been done before completely changed the tapestry and try something out of the ballpark? We follow the tide testing plan that we know works of good quality nutrition hard training and a positive mindset. Unbelievable what happens when you actually stick to the plan!

Sooooo I’m back!
And what a transformation this is

OVER 6 STONE LOST! over the past year Nicky has taken her fitness more seriously than ever, she has consistently made the right changes and stuck to the plan. She is now the lightest she has been since she can remember, she has lost well in excess of 150cm but more importantly we have the old Nicky back and it’s truly amazing

Ohh we’re back and I’ve got plenty more to come!

So here we go had smashed this
Beyond what we ever dreamed of doing 💭

Emily started with me back in Feb last year with the aim of being 9.7st ✅ she wanted to feel more confident in herself ✅ she wanted to feel the best she had ever felt ✅

But here’s what we never considered. Em would start running and not only running completing her first ever 10M event. She would form a band and feel amazing on stage. She would have a regular gym habit and make sure she’s on top of her food.

Maybe we do this for a greater purpose 🤷

this is Lauren, now to me she’s one of wife’s best friends which makes this so much sweeter to post. Lauren came to me back in January. She had seen a picture of herself on her birthday and was furious. She didn’t like anything about that photo and decided she was gonna make a change. What a change we have made!

10 kg lost numerous inches, but more importantly, we’ve got the old Lauren back! So much so Lauren recently made the trip to Petra. Without weight loss, she potentially may not have achieved the goal. It was certainly looking that way just 12 weeks ago.

A truly phenomenal achievement!!

another incredible result achieved 🥇

Kiran came to me about a year ago, he was feeling sluggish l, out of condition and lacking motivation. Fast forward a year… and over 18lbs of weight loss with 9% body fat lost we have a fitter, stronger and energised person stood before us. But… this hasn’t been a one way street I have learned many new things about life I never knew

• I have now watched every episode of buffy without ever watching an episode
• a new found appreciation for Sarah Michelle Gellar
• I have gained some Sass
• I’ve learned to not react when I get ‘I hate it here’ 👀😅
• I am the empress
• I appreciate specific 2000-2003 girl pop far more

So truly more than anything we gained a friend. A massive well done to Kiran who soon be celebrating his 30th 👀👀 birthday
