New routines re starting Monday 3nd April 2023 🤪

It's time to level up this year & excercise whilst having fun, guaranteed to burn at least 4-500 calories per class & get 4k steps in to your daily goal 💪

I have 14 spaces in each class & most of those have already gone to my regulars & newbies already, message or comment now to book your space & I will get back to you with the details🪄

Classes available:
Monday 7:45-8:45pm
Tuesday 7-8pm
Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm

I did a legs bums & tums class prior to boogie & burnt 330 calories in that & the rest in boogie bounce 🤯 I'm going to ache tomorrow 🤣😜
