I see this so much
Thinking methods of tracking are helping
Thinking comparison helps
But if its leaving you feel defeated
Leaving you feeling shamed into change
Its only a matter of time before you go "off track" (no such thing but thats for another day)
That grouped with a method that isn't even accurate is hard to see
I mean no wonder gyms love these machines, it makes you feel shamed so you dont cancel your memberships under the guise of "value"
If you truly want to feel fulfilled, motivated and increase your self worth
Then the methods you use to track will be important! Not methods that are being pushed on you!
