Just some videos of one of my younger clients Bradley. He has great movement for his age and experience with a decent bit of power. Definitely one to watch in the future!!!

This was the end of the session. Murdered Ian doing a test that I believe if you pass you are more than fit to compete.

4 x 11 minutes non stop (11 minutes because that'll be how long he fights for - 4 x 2 minute rounds with 3 x 1 minute of breaks)
1st 11 minutes is nonstop moving with resi bands.
2nd 11 minutes is nonstop guard with 5kg weights, minimal movement
3rd 11 minutes is nonstop wrestling.
4th 11 minutes is nonstop punching.

One of the hardest sessions I've ever done with a client, gotta give it to Ian for smashing it: deffo ready for his fight next month!!!!!

Just a little post to introduce everyone to who I am and what I do.

My name is Jarrad and I am a fully qualified level 2 boxing coach. I have been an amateur boxing coach since 2013. I have boxed in the AIBA competition myself and became Staffs champ and even did some overseas competition. In this journey I have learnt so much and I wish to pass this knowledge on.

I have been doing 1-2-1's and group sessions under my business name; Fitter & Better You (FBY) since 2019 mainly out of Walsall Wood ABC but I have also been involved with Walsall Council and their PCC initiative along with their School delivery program.
Needless to say the experiences are varied with people at lots of different levels who have vastly different goals...so I am well placed to help what ever your fitness or boxing goals are. Contact me for further information or with any questions

Usual home base, the nationally recognised and hugely respected Walsall Wood ABC. Without doubt one of a dying breed of gyms that feels old school with sweat and sawdust very much part of the make up along with a level of cleanliness that current times dictate :-)
