I wanted to share a quick update about the weekend opening hours we’ve been trialing recently. Over the last two weekends, we experimented with different times, but for the rest of February we’re going to try another adjustment. We will be open from 7am-4pm on Saturdays and from 8am-2pm on Sundays. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we find the schedule that works best for everyone.

The new rower is here. To break it in, we’re calling all rowers for a 500m challenge. Men and women can participate. Each winner gets a tub of creatine. You have till Feb 28th to give it your best shot. Take a pic of your time with correct setup and tag us or post it on your story.

🚨 WEEKEND HOURS UPGRADE – TRIAL RUN 🚨

From Saturday 31st January, we’re rolling out longer weekend opening hours at BodyWorks Gym for a 4-week trial 💪

⏰ New Trial Weekend Hours
Saturday: 8am – 5pm
Sunday: 9am – 3pm

We’ll be keeping a close eye on how these extra hours are used 👀
✔️ If members show up — the hours stay
❌ If not — we revert back

The trial runs every weekend from Saturday 31st January through to Sunday 1st March.

🔥 Use it or lose it.
