She has smashed an absolutely crazy conditioning session and I'm super excited for these goals to be met.

Managed to fit this all in before Isla has her immunisations! Not sure who I feel sorry for more 😂

I was asked to put together a few plank variations.

There are so many to choose from, but combining a selection will help to keep those waists trim and cores strong!

Try these for 10 reps per side
Perform all exercises Slow & Controlled
Keeps your butt's down, but don't let your mid to lower back dip/sag in the middle.

When it comes to your immune system are you doing all you can to help yourself?

I love that I can help so many of you improve your life both mentally and physically ❤️

If corona virus has taught us anything, is that the better our immune systems the less disease and virus we contract! Plus the easier we are able to recover quicker from illness if we do get sick!
Already we have seen so much improvement in millions of peoples live, moving more, eating less fast food, getting more fresh air. But are we able to keep it up or will we just spiral back into our old ways?

Who on my friends list thinks they could definately do more to help boost their immune systems, and learn to improve their mental and physical habits? Comment a thumbs up 👍

Some fab sessions all around so far this week already 💪👍 well done you amazing lady for your PB of 35kg strict press for 2 ❤️ one month in and I'm so impressed with how quickly you've taken on board all tips, improved form and still managed to increase weight in all lifts! Not to mention the huge increase in ROM to your dodgy shoulder

Tara you've been smashing your training and sticking to your calorie intake and it's really paying off. To never having lifted weights, lack of core strength and limited knowledge you are now able to keep tension, your deadlifting the 16kg kettlebells and shredding fat like dog fur 😂🐶 so impressed with how determined you are to come out the other side of rehab for your back, now able to push yourself a little more each session! Learning so much about you and your body that is going to really help your training moving forward.

Well done all of my SGT clients and you really do all motivate each other 💪👍 Through all of this ALL of you have grown in confidence and independence and this makes me so proud 👏

We all want our kids to grow up happy, healthy and have good habits but recent research has shown young adults are really struggling...

👉 Su***de is now the biggest killer of young adults in the UK.

👉 Anxiety and depression are at the highest record in young adults.

👉 50% of mental health problems are established by age 14.

👉 75% of mental health problems are established by age 24.

👉 Studies show that the biggest cause of depression in children is low self esteem.

👉 Obesity has increased steadily in the UK for the past 20 years.
