Wallsend Centurions play in the North East Rugby League with teams from U6 through to U12s. Our aim is to provide inclusive and accessible opportunities in sport for the local community. Our Centurions head to the home of Newcastle Thunder on Sunday to take part in the highly anticipated Moody Cup. It's always a great day out with the whole North East Rugby League family coming together to take part in the biggest festival of the season.

Joining our U14s in Catterick, the U10 Centurions were in action over the weekend where they all showed great determination in some very tough games in North Yorkshire.

Ryan was awared the Centurion of the Week award for his teamwork and attitude throughout the festival at the home of the Catterick Crusaders.

We might have been quiet on here recently, but the have been hard at work on the pitch.

Last weekend our U14 Centurions headed down to Catterick for their round four NERL cup clash. After a slow start they regrouped and claimed a draw and a win in two of the most competitive games of the season yet against Catterick/Consett and Cramlington Rockets.

Congratulation to Darren and his brother, Chris, who both completed a 66 mile run from Hamilton to Dunbar, Scotland in memory of their Mum πŸ’«.

They have raised over Β£5,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support. Their fundraising page will remain open until July, 10, if you wish to donate to this fantastic cause.
