Hi , I am running this years GNR to raise funds for the 4louis charity ,
A charity close to our heart who supported us when My first Granddaughter , Darla- Jayde was born asleep in 2020 , I would be extremely grateful for any donations to this amazing charity to enable them to continue to support families who sadly may be in the same position as us. Thank you 😊

Great session this morning at Kojin Karate , working on side kicks followed by pad work and kick shields. Well done everyone 😊

Great few weeks at kojin with some students taking gradings and achieving coloured sash’s , colours ranging from red sash to purple sash , what was best was everyone encouraging and congratulating each other , very proud

Kojin karate is running from Hadrien Leisure ( Burnside school) at Peters Road , Wallsend
Every Saturday 12.30-1.30pm
Unfortunately at the present time we are unable to accommodate the session at hadrien school

The biggest of well done to everyone who took the grading on Saturday , we were extremely impressed with how much effort everyone put in .
