Our very own professional boxer Anth Ornsby has his 11th pro bout in 2 weeks time on the 24th August at the Walker dome. Anth is a real asset to the gym passing his skills and knowledge to the younger generation, we would like you to show your support and get behind him would be greatly appreciated you can get tickets from Anth direct or from the gym🤝🥊❤️

Too suit everyone and all classes at the gym we’ve slightly changed the classes for the last time:

Beginners on every night at 5pm
(10yrs)+ 0 experience required ✅

Juniors (5yrs-9/10yrs)Tues/Thur 4:30pm
0 Experience required ✅

Adults Tues/Thur 6pm (18+)
0 Experience Required ✅

Students (Invite Only)

All classes are £4 or an optional of a £40 per month membership for unlimited gym usage and all classes included. ✅

£70 per person (Must be over age of 16)

6 weeks training 3 sessions per week every week.
