BRING UP THOSE WEAKER AREAS 💪
5 ways to help make your weaknesses your strengths:
💪 PRIORITISE THESE AREAS - If your calf’s are lagging in size then try putting them towards the start of a leg workout, rather than at the end when you’re already exhausted.
💪 INCREASE THE FREQUENCY YOU TRAIN THEM - If you’re struggling to grow your chest & you’re only training it once a week, then put a second session there. You don’t need your training to be “balanced” through the week, you need it to match your goals.
💪 FOCUS ON THE MIND MUSCLE CONNECTION EVERY REP - If you’re performing a preacher curl then focus on using your biceps to lift the weight throughout the rep, rather than just focusing on getting the weight up however you can.
💪 VARY YOUR TRAINING WHEN NEEDED - If you’ve hit a plateau & you’re still doing the same reps, same exercises etc, then mix it up. Try reducing the reps & increasing the weight, try changing the tempo, try changing the exercises.
💪 SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP - This can help you identify what factors might be limiting your progress. You might be putting in loads of effort, but just focusing on the wrong areas.
