Introducing one of our amazing instructors Aggi.
She is a dedicated fitness professional with over 20 years’ experience, rooted in a background in dance. My approach is psychosomatic at heart. I help you feel safe, connected, and confident in your body, guiding you to know exactly when to push forward or step back in your journey.
My toolkit is broad: yoga, meditation, somatic release, functional fitness, and now Reformer Pilates, a practice I’ve loved for years and fully believe in. I am constantly learning and refining my craft through training, focused on the most informed guidance.
When I’m not teaching, I live what I love: training daily, with a sprinkle of challenges like ultra runs and fitness competitions ideally for local charities, and simply enjoying movement and time outdoors. For me, teaching is about more than exercise, it’s about helping you feel strong, capable, and at home in your body.
My Reformer sessions are energising, precise, and built around all the core Pilates principles - breath, control, alignment, flow, and precision. Delivered in a warm, inclusive space where every level is welcome. Expect real results, serious strength, and always, kindness at the centre.
