Losing weight is easy! Yep you heard that right. The results you see are entirely down to you, if you’re only willing to give it minimum effort then don’t expect anything other than a small change but if you are willing to give it a real go then the change you can make is huge🤔 Here are my top 3 tips to get you started...
1️⃣ Do weight training for weight loss- Yes cardio is good for burning those extra calories but you will burn a hell of a lot more doing weights (You will not become ‘bulky’ by simply picking a dumbbell up)
2️⃣ Focus on the compound lifts- Doing the bigger lifts utilise more muscles which ultimately will result in you burning more calories
3️⃣ Don’t skip breakfast- Eating food earlier in the day can help to kick start your metabolism, you want to increase your metabolism as much as you can in order to burn as many calories as possible
