And the truth is hard to ignore.

🧠 84 men die by su***de every week
🧠 3 out of 4 su***des are male
🧠 Half of us feel worse than we admit

We stay quiet. We carry on.
But that silence is hurting us.

Men are:
❌ Less likely to talk
❌ Less likely to ask for help
❌ Less likely to get treatment

This doesn’t make us weak, it means we need change.

Mersey Football Therapy gave me my freedom back. Before, I was stuck in an anxiety spiral. 'You're too broken down to exercise.' 'You've gotten too weird to make friends.' 'You're too old to change things now.

Football therapy reminded me that my anxiety is lying to me. My arms might not work properly, but I can still run and kick a ball. I am weird, but who isn't? These guys get me. I am getting older, but that's not a bad thing. We're all in this together, and Mersey mind is with us every step of the way.
