I want to thank all of you who supported my business this year in anyway, from reading one of my newsletters, watched my videos, through to working with me either online or in a 1:1 capacity here at the Studio.

Thank you for trusting me to support you in your strides to improve your health and fitness and allowing me to be your trusted guide.

So here’s to 2022. Yes it might still feel as though we remain shackled with doubt and insecurity of what lies ahead but I believe even more so than ever that right now, it’s time to keep calm and carry on.

Guess what? I’m getting ready to re-open the PTW studio as soon as I get the green light from 12th April.

I’m sure you’ll agree, it's been another bumpy few months during this latest lockdown for all of us.

And I won’t lie, there have been times when I have felt a little anxious. We’re all faced challenges this past year, but because of the online coaching services I provide I have at least had a sense of work purpose.

I’d like to say a BIG thank you 🙏 to those of you involved - I can’t thank you enough.

Your support during this time means more than I can express in words and the feedback has been amazing.

It’s really opened my eyes 👀 with regards of what value I can bring with the online work.

During lockdown I have been in the studio most days working on new programmes and recording videos for my exercise video stock library.

Now, my focus turns back to the studio and I’m looking forward to welcoming clients back into their regular training routine with me.

One of the many benefits of training here at PTW is no queuing for equipment. The concept here at PTW will continue to be one trainer to one client at all times.

So if you are feeling anxious about getting back to your workout regime - there is no reason to feel anxious coming in to see me.

Your health and safety is my #1 priority, and every decision I’ve made has been guided by that premise.

So if you are unsure where to start when it comes to your workouts, there is no need to worry, I promise.

Give me a shout and I will be happy to talk through things with you to help ease you back in gently.

One BIG thing going forwards will be the integration of the Studio-based and home-based sessions. This again is based upon the feedback from clients who want 24/7 support.

Now that I have the PTW App in place, I can now offer that 24/7 support to you when required.

So, if you are interested, and want to come and see me both in-studio as well as taking advantage of home-based workouts, you will not be disappointed.

All being well I will get to see you again in 2 weeks time.

I can’t wait to see you again … it feels like it’s been forever!

The countdown has begun! 12th April is the date when I can can re-open the PTW Studio and I am excited for my clients to come back.

As you can see I'm limbering up and getting things in place so I can open my doors in less than 21 days.

Is it possible to do much in 21 days when it comes to your health and fitness?

Absolutely. Habits can be formed in 21 days especially if you adopt the 21-90 rule.

The 21-90 rule is a simple way to turn any habit into an everyday routine.

To begin using the method, choose a goal that you wish to pursue for at least three weeks straight.

Then, commit to pursuing this goal every day for those three weeks. After the third week has passed, you should have created your new habit and be well on your way towards achieving it!

I like to use the 21/90 rule to initially establish a lifestyle change. Once you’ve established that habit, you continue to do it for another ninety days.

If you can keep up something for three weeks and then ninety days, then it should become a permanent lifestyle change.

The 21/90 rule is an amazing tool in any person's arsenal when trying to establish new habits or goals that are long-term in nature.

A common use of the rule would be sticking with your new diet or fitness routine until the next 90 day mark comes around.

To start, set out on your journey by deciding what kind of goal you want to achieve and following these simple steps:

Start at Day 1 and follow through till Day 90

Simple? Yes! Easy? No. It takes focus, determination and accountability and that’s where I come in 🙂
