Keep meaning to ask if anyone fancies having a monthly walking group? Perhaps on a Sunday?

I was thinking we could meet somewhere, possibly the studio, and have a walk along the Prom towards New Brighton. We could stop in Vale Park or New Brighton for a drink and a natter and walk back. (Distance and pace depending on the level of the group).

Who remembers when I first started teaching fitness classes?

I still love this logo from back in the day when I was known as Wirral Fun Fitness (now Energise). Well we are still having fun working out, aren’t we?!?!

This year I’m getting back this shape again for myself to go along with increasing my fitness and energy again. It’s hard when you get to middle age (I’m 50 now 😮!), hit menopause and have a medical condition 💊 (mines thyroid!).

What are the classes?
Bootcamp circuits consists of 11 exercises which are repeated 3 times. I don’t shout at you but I do encourage you to progress over time and I will correct your form so you get the best out of your time. Exercises vary each session.

HOOPercise is a full body workout using a weighted hula hoop. We do hooping tracks (where you can introduce movement of arms and legs when you feel ready) plus other tracks where we concentrate on arms, legs abs etc. Can’t hoop? No problem I’ll teach you how.

PureStretch focuses on functional flexibility and core. Don’t be fooled by the name as yes it’s stretching but it will definitely strengthen your core.

RockBox is a super fun full body workout to rock music. We use sticks for toning and air punches for cardio. It not only helps your body but your mind too as we leave all the stress behind in our “therapy” track too.

Due to the small studio we have, class sizes are small which means I can still help everyone on a more personal basis. This also means you do need to book your space prior to turning up.

Excited to share that thebutterflythewolf will be coming to the studio on Thursday 5th September from 4.30pm for readings.

I met Andrew recently. I don’t get readings but I was recommended Andrew and I can honestly say he was not only a lovely person but was so detailed with his reading and left me feeling converted. He really has a gift.

If you’d like a reading they are £30 for half an hour or £50 for an hour.

It’s on a first come first serve basis. You’d need to pay a cash deposit to secure your space. Message me if you’d like to secure your space. It will be special ❤️
