Inflation Wirral is looking for an experienced Team Leader to complement our existing team.
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, along with a mature and professional approach. Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to remain calm, confident and approachable when working under pressure.
Previous experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role, particularly involving the handling of customer queries, would be highly advantageous.
We have multiple positions potentially available for the right candidates, with hours varying depending on the time of year:
Term-time: Approximately 12 hours across weekends
School holidays: 30+ hours available across 7 days
Contract: Casual hours
