I'll be down the bay tomorrow at 11am for anyone who has their own board & wants to practice some beach safety techniques... It's so amazing to see so many paddle boarders on the water this summer so take advantage of some free advice to support you in paddleboarding safely 🌊🙌🏄‍♀️🏄‍♂️

Heading to Leasowe Bay at 1:30pm on Thursday...high tide is 2:53...so there will be a few hours on the water for those who have been asking for a go on the paddle boards. I'm going to do a Kundalini Yoga class at 7pm on the beach if anyone fancies it & a fire & music into the evening ### Bring a mat or beach towel & a picnic 🏄‍♀️🌊🌅🧘‍♀️🕉🧘‍♂️🏄‍♂️🏖
