So that’s it for September 9th 2024, it’s been a busy 5 years with the usual push for the last few months. Hopefully has helped keep truck drivers on the road for the next 5years. If there is one thing I ask is that you don’t leave it 4 years and 9 months to do your next 35hours of periodic training, plan to do one per year.

THAT'S A WRAP!

MOVEMBER HAS FINISHED.

A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who helped me triple my original target of £250.

The £750 raised will go towards groundbreaking projects across mental health and su***de prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. That’s on top of the 1,250 men’s health projects Movember has already funded.

As tempting as it was to keep my Monster Mo. Kevin Gundel sponsored me to shave it off on the 1st of December.
