This week we welcomed Ethan and Dante for their free trial lesson, and our Juniors have put their pads on for their first sparring session. Seniors have been finessing their Set Patterns, including Fei Lung Gee (“Finger Movement of Dragon”) and Far Kuin (“Flower Fist”), blending subtle techniques with explosive power. Why not join us?
