Wrenthorpe Sports & Social Club is a popular club in Wrenthorpe Village. With over 3000 members and counting, we pride ourselves on having something for everybody. This includes the Main Room; a large, classy room with a variety of tables, booths, and space at the bar for you to enjoy your drinks. This has many TVs with all your favourite sports channels showing everyday (Sky Sports, BT, etc). We also have a pool table, snooker table, and darts available to play at all times. For our members with children, we have a Family Room. This room is filled with games machines, and a pool table to keep your kids entertained whilst you have a drink! We have a spacious outside area which also caters for families, with swings, climbing frames, slides, and AstroTurf for any children wanting to play sports. For those of you who are wanting a more intimate and quieter environment, we have our W**e Bar. As well as our main outside area, we have two further patios leading from the Sports Bar and the W**e Bar, perfect for summertime. Every Thursday and Friday we host a quiz from 9pm onwards with prizes to be won every week. We have entertainment most weekends ranging from live Bands, Pop Quizzes, and DJ’s. We also do various charity events throughout the year, maintaining our standard as a Club who likes to do a lot for our members and our local community, our most popular event being WrenFest over August Bank Holiday. We welcome new members at all times and allow members to sign in two guests on each of their visits. Unfortunately, we no longer have a function room so are unable to accommodate any members who are wanting to hire out a room for parties.
