Starting something new can be hard, but we have to have a reason why…and when it comes to our health we have to think enough about ourselves to think we’re worth it.
started with us originally with 3 main goals
1. Help recover from COVID
2. Lose weight
3. Tone up
Over 5 years later (and training consistently) her goals have changed…her main 3 now are
1. Help control menopause symptoms
2. Help support her Netball for performance and injury prevention
3. Build and maintain muscle mass: short term, to continue her to be able to run through a busy train station with a suitcase of alcohol for girls trips away!
Long term: to help her get herself from the toilet as she ages! 💪😂
Genuine real life goals!
But the reality is, we all need a reason that’s important enough for us to take a positive step towards a healthier lifestyle.
