Join us for an afternoon of movement, laughter and great company as we celebrate the end of summer together.

This isn’t your usual Pilates class… 🤍

With just 12 places available, we’ll work in pairs, taking turns on the reformer while our partner mirrors the movement on the mat. Expect a relaxed, fun-filled class followed by a glass of Prosecco, wine or a soft drink and the chance to chat and get to know one another.

Our cake-loving Pilates Princess! 👑🍰

Mutiba brings so much fun and laughter to every class. She’s always up for trying something new, takes every challenge in her stride, and her positive energy is infectious.

Whether we’re working hard or having a laugh between exercises, she always has a great conversation going and brightens the whole vibe in the studio. It’s an absolute pleasure having her as part of The Pilates Yard community.

Summer Holiday Timetable ☀️

Just a little heads-up that over the 6-week summer holidays, a small number of our usual classes may be cancelled due to the quieter holiday period.

We know many of you will be away enjoying family holidays, so our timetable will be slightly reduced for a few weeks. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

We’ll be back to our full timetable from September, and we can’t wait to see everyone back in the studio refreshed and ready to move! Thank you 🙏

In the end, I hope people don’t remember The Pilates Yard as just a business.I hope they remember how they felt when they walked through the door.

My biggest hope is that The Pilates Yard is a place where people feel welcome, supported, and like they truly belong.

If someone leaves feeling a little stronger, a little more confident, or simply with a smile after a hard week, then we’ve done something really special. 🤍

✨ Client of the Week – Lydia ✨

From the very first time Lydia lay down on a reformer and shouted, “I love it!”, we knew she was going to be a special part of The Pilates Yard.

Since then, she’s shown up every single Saturday without fail… even the occasional Saturday after a night out! 😂 Her commitment is incredible, but it’s her personality that really makes her shine.

Lydia brings so much warmth, laughter and positivity to every class. She’s bubbly, kind, welcoming and has a way of making everyone around her feel instantly comfortable. She really is a bright light in our studio, and we’re so grateful to have her as part of our Pilates family.

Thank you for your support, your energy and for always bringing the fun. We absolutely love having you with us. 🩷 who will be next week 🤔
