Lyndsey McInerney - DOOMSLAYER number 5.

I have worked with Lyndsey for quite a while now and even Coached her through Season 4 of the Doomslayers.
It was nice having her return for Season 5.
Remember the Doomslayer is an 8-week Body Transformation challenge/competition which started at the end of March and is exclusive to BoFit centres in Outwood and Normanton.
This season Lyndsey has achieved new levels and has impressed me many times.
She doesn’t realise how mentally tough she is to turn up and put in the graft when her main desire would be to stay at home. Not only does she turn up each time but is always pushing till the end in the “last man standing” challenges.
I was so chuffed to see her come out as a winner on some of these.
Lyndsey has had obstacles and holidays to negotiate over the 8-week plan but it’s easy to see that she has achieved some great results.

Vickey Maskill - DOOMSLAYER number 43.

Vickey expressed interest in doing the Doomslayer Season 5 Challenge.
This is an 8-week Body Transformation challenge/competition and started at the end of March exclusively at the BoFit centres (Outwood and Normanton).
I am happy with the progress she has earned for herself whilst overcoming obstacles along the way.
By following her Doomslayer Training and Nutrition plan she has created some stats that are impressive reading.
