Get the shoes on, get the run done, even if it's just a couple of miles here and there. Make run plans.

You never regret a run, not even the ones that feel rubbish.

4.4 miles in sub zero temps. Roll on those long summer runs where it's almost too hot to go out!

Disappointing lack of festive fave the glittery skull, massive reindeer and they'd forgotten to switch the Town Hall tree on, but all in all a pleasant run with a few giant twinklies to ease the November blues.

The three-legged 10 minute out and back session is rarely a popular choice, but it does guarantee an exactly 60 minute run (ideal for those of us with curfews) and you kind of get to pick your own leg.

Legs tonight included the $h!ttest way, the really long 10 minute one, and the surprise no-car way.

And exactly 6 miles so once again the OCD was satisfied 👌

And it was still 🥵
