There are many different Karate styles out there catering for different training goals and preferences. Here at West Yorkshire Dojo's we practice Kyokushin Karate.

Kyokushin's intense training methods. Including heavy bag training and full contact sparring, are ideal for those looking to build physical toughness and endurance.

If it's general fitness, self defense or mental focus, then our kihon and Kata offer a martial arts system which lets you go at your own pace.

We have dojo's in Wakefield, Bradford and Leeds and your first 2 weeks (6 sessions in total) are Free!

Small group last night. Intense bag work and conditioning.

Starting this Sunday 19th, we will be back training outdoors at The Bandstand - Clarence Park - Wakefield, from 10am.

This will be cardio HIIT sessions with hill sprints and pad work. These sessions are free and open to non-members and fighters from other disciplines.

They are also great for beginners who want to lose weight and increase stamina. Age from 12+.
