Transformation Tuesday

Awesome effort here from Chris losing over 2 stone and dropping 12cm off his waist and hips whilst building lean muscle🤩

At the start Chris came to me with a few goals in mind. He’d recently injured his rotator cuff and wanted help in strengthening and mobilising around the area, he also wanted to become fitter/healthier/ and stronger.

The effort from him has always been 100% and we’ve had a laugh along the way. Anything I’ve thrown at him he’s got his head down and cracked on with it.

Here’s a photo of Chris when he had bad habits of eating /drinking and lack of exercise. Then another photo of him looking like a different person. He feels energised/ fitter/ stronger and healthier.

If you’re in two minds whether PT is for you, it’s not always about a beasting or glamorous before and after photo.

For me It’s about getting the most out of your training and working efficiently with the time that you do have.

That’s where we come in as personal trainers, we help give you the tools/ education and we help build your confidence so that you’re able to keep going and stay motivated throughout the goals you’ve set šŸ’ŖšŸ»

Class work from Ian 🤩been a pleasure training you pal. We start to grow from here šŸ’ŖšŸ»Ian came to me at the start of the year wanting to drop body fat and focus on building muscle. It’s fair to say he’s knocked it out of the park. Now the goal is to get strong and build more muscle over winter. This means increasing calories, which he will be very happy šŸ˜‚

Ryan is a great PT, very friendly and knowledgeable with both the physical and nutritional sides of personal training. He mixes up each session and keeps it varied so that the workouts remaining interesting and progressive. He was able to give me advice on what I needed/didn’t need to be eating in order to reach my goals and checks in regularly to see how my week have been in terms of workouts and calorie targets. With Ryan’s help I quickly saw changes in my body and strength which I have struggled with in the past using other PT’s.
