UPDATE: we’re back on 🎉

We’re currently sat in darkness with no power and no phone line either 🤯 Northern Powergrid have estimated that our power will be restored between 7.15pm and 8.15pm. We’re still here doing what little we can with no power and hope to be back up and running as normal tomorrow. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. These things always seem to happen when we’re at our busiest! 🫠

UPDATE RE TURNAROUND TIMES.

Hi all - as expected, our turnaround times have now increased to approximately 5 weeks due to the large volume of orders we've received over the last few days.

We know many of you are working to deadlines, and we really do appreciate everyone ordering in good time and allowing us the time needed to complete your orders to the standard you expect.

We've had several requests recently for “rush jobs” or priority orders. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer this service. All orders are completed in the order they are received. This is to ensure that customers who placed their orders in good time are not moved further down the queue.

Thank you all for your continued support - we're working through orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care that goes into every item

Hi everyone, we just wanted to update you regarding our turnaround times.

In the last couple of weeks we've been inundated with orders, largely for football with the season fast approaching but as always we've had all kinds of other orders too - we love the variety!

We're working hard to try and keep our turnaround time at 4 weeks however with the volume of orders we're currently receiving there is a possibility this may increase to 5 weeks and so if you’re planning on placing an order with us soon, particularly if you need it for a specific date, please bear this in mind.
