Where have those 10 years of Zumba gone (although I was so shy for the first few years I only led it with Y10 & Y11 PE students lol)?! 👀

I’m really missing you all & missing my dancing so much these last few months - it’s the first time I’ve not had a regular Zumba family in my life to spend time with & that lack of connection / fun / stress relief is taking it’s toll recently 😿

I’ll have another look around soon to see what I can find - any bright ideas please ping them my way! 💜

New Year, same old me! Things have been a tad quiet over here but hopefully we can reunite in 2025! 💜

I’m no expert, but here are a few hints which have helped me along the way. I shared them at an online event back in 2020/21 & came across them on my phone this morning… 💪

Happy Caturday everyone! Apologies it’s been a little quiet over here lately at TopCatHQ… we haven’t had our usual post-summer “back to class” celebrations for a variety of reasons 😿

I’m currently awaiting news of a possible grant towards hall hire which will allow us to return to class on Monday evenings & also looking into a variety of options to see what else we can get back to soon (eg personal coaching sessions)! 💃🏼💪

I’m also currently undergoing some physio to treat a surprise visit from sciatica - good news is the rehab these last few weeks is going *really* well 🏃🏻‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️

Keep moving, keep walking, keep dancing in your kitchen - can’t wait to see you all soon(ish)! 💜😻

Bank holiday double trouble! 🎉

Come for one, the other - or both 🤷‍♀️💪💃🏼

STRONGNation is a total body workout which combines conditioning & cardio with balance & flexibility. A HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class adapted for all abilities using original music designed to match every move & keep you motivated. Bring a drink & a mat / towel for a little floor section at the end… 👊🔥

Zumba is perfect for everybody & every body! A calorie-burning dance fitness party, exercise in disguise with a mixture of Latin & World rhythms (plus a good dose of pop thrown in for good measure). All elements of fitness & a serious dose of awesome - all moves welcome! 🎶🪩

There is *no charge* for the event - however, as usual we’ll have our ‘honesty bag’ in case anyone would like to contribute to the behind-the-scenes costs 😻

Usual spot in Thornes Park by the tennis courts (near the duck pond) with *free parking* too! PM for further details 💜

Hope you’re all enjoying your summer - can’t believe it’s almost time for me to go back to college already 👀

While there’s still some work going on in the background to secure regular venues for the upcoming season, let’s hit the park this upcoming Bank Holiday Monday for some double trouble while we still have some daylight 💪💃🏼

Free of charge as there’s no hall hire required for the park - the honesty bag will be out for those who wish to contribute a little something 💜

One class or both, first time or hundredth time it doesn’t matter - come join us!🔥🎉
