The way you look is a by product of what you do day to day.
On the left, I had no sleep routine, often napped, drank a lot of alcohol and the rest. I had no routine, no structure and no habits. I still trained, but that alone won’t drag you through
On the right, I nailed my sleep routine, nailed my habits and routine, gave up the booze, ate mostly nutrient dense foods.
