Luke a typical hard gainer but it never stops him trying his utter best and has gained just over 7kg of bodyweight in 8 weeks. Following my diet advice and excellent effort in the gym. So much improvement in a small time frame lets see what more improvements can be achieved in the next few months now we are upping the pace πŸ’ͺ🏻
