Another fantastic American Tournament in memory of our lovely Adrian Parsons. Unbelievably, the weather was glorious and hopefully you all enjoyed it 🤩! Thank you to all who participated and made it such a special day, and a big thank you for all the food, cake and drinks that you donated, and to those who helped tidy up-it’s very much appreciated 😍

The matches that did finish yesterday due to rain stoping play, were the Mixed Dbls, and the Ladies Dbls and men’s dbls, with all being exceptionally great to watch
The results were:-
Lee + Suzie beat
Gary + Aimee 6-1 7-5
and
Suzi + Jenny beat
Aimee + Ros 6-3 7-5
Steve + Danny beat
Alex + James 7-6 6-3

What an absolutely fantastic afternoon of tennis we had today for The Handicap Finals 🌞🥳! I think it was the biggest turnout of spectators we’ve had for a finals day, which is brilliant 🤩, and made it all the more special. Thank you so much to all the volunteers that umpired or did the lines, I really appreciated your help, especially those who dared to get on our infamous chair 😳😂! Thank you also, to those that brought cake and biscuits, which went down a treat 🍪 🍰.
Congratulations to all the winners, and commiserations to those who will be saying…there’s always next year 😉
