🔴 Tonights class CANCELLED!! 🔴

Unfortunately I’m making the difficult decision to CANCEL tonight’s Zumba class.

Due to the heat, I want to keep us all safe, and dancing in this temperature won't be doing that!

I'm sure you'll all agree we're sweating enough without adding a Zumba class into the mix; I think we’d all melt!

Please stay cool, drink lots of water, and I'll see you next week!!

A huge thank you to Wakefield Council for reaching out to me yesterday with a last-minute request to help out with one of their health and wellness initiatives.

I've just finished teaching a Zumba Taster session at one of our local schools to help get the kids moving!

​As a parent, it's fab to see Wakefield Council helping to keep our children fit, active, and healthy. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to play a small part in such a fantastic project.

​To the kids (and parents!) who joined in - you were amazing!! Thank you for shimmying and shaking with me. 🌟
