Fantastic atmosphere tonight everyone!! Wonderful effort all round 🙂 Well done to Finn who received his prize for 10 Ninja Stars!! Great effort from Raphael Melody who we havent seen for a little while - Reggie is slowly coming oit of his shell which is lovely to see!! I cannot fault any of our Ninjas tonight! Your Ninja Stars were well deserved kids!!
Dragons & Adults... Really great effort in padwork!! Ardsley Dragons also did this and it is exhausting!! But an extremely good workout!! Kata & Techniques were also extremely good! So... were really pleased with your efforts tonight everyone!!
Special thankyou to all Ninjas & Dragons that have been sending footage of them practicing at home!!
It may not seem like a big deal but.... it really will help you so much!! So thankyou and keep practicing whenever you can! 5 mins here, 5 mins there... thats all we ask 🙂
