We have classes for all ages (3 years & over)
FREE TRIAL LESSONS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST. Here at our Academy we teach Martial Arts specialising in Kickboxing, Karate and Self-defence. Along side the martial arts we have fitness classes and personal training available. Our students ages range from 4 years old up to any age. At our academy we do not discriminate in any way and treat every member with the same respect that we intern expect to be given. We are a family run centre and we have been teaching kickboxing and karate for over 40 years. This is our 10th year as RBA (2021) and are really excited to have recently relocated to Oulton, Rothwell. WE ALWAYS OFFER FREE TRIAL MARTIAL ARTS CLASS.
