This mindful class is designed to be gentle, supportive, and effective—perfect if you’re less mobile, returning after injury, or looking for a low-impact way to stay strong and mobile.
Using a chair for stability, we focus on improving posture, balance, flexibility, and core strength in a safe and accessible way.
